Before I started advising companies on operations and AI, I built and ran them.

I co-founded a B2B growth agency and scaled it from a two-person startup into a multi-country operation serving franchise brands and e-commerce companies across Europe.

As COO, I built the operational systems, automated workflows, performance tracking and led fully remote teams across multiple countries while doing it.

Before that: architecture, construction, and bid management. I spent years coordinating tender submissions up to across private and public sectors. That kind of work teaches you to manage complexity, track moving parts, and keep projects on track when a lot is at stake.

I bring that background to every client. I know what tends to break at each stage of growth, what it actually takes to get a team to change how they work, and where money gets lost long before anyone calls it a problem.
